Core Programs:

• Business Development

  We guide women who want to start and grow their own businesses. Services include on-on-one consulting, access to capital through micro-loans and a variety of classes taught by a group of community volunteers who are experts in their field.
   

• Career Planning

  We help women develop and manage a meaningful and purposeful career. Services include career consulting, life coaching, personality and career assessments, classes and more. We also prepare women to obtain and retain jobs in non-traditional careers through the job training programs.
   

• Financial Literacy

  Through classes and consulting, we teach women the knowledge and skills to better manage their assists for economic stability and long-term prosperity.
